Session Topic: Marc Grignon - Agricultural cooperatives were created to help farmers increase their yields and incomes by pooling their resources to support collective service provisions and economic empowerment. The recent tax law creates special incentives for agricultural cooperatives. Tribal, urban, and rural communities are in dire need of economic mobility, the path to self-sufficiency. Tribes and farmers can work together to bring flourishing hemp economies back to the Midwest.
